-Officer Introductions

-What is EWB?

   --History of current projects

Balloon Ice-Breaker

Honduras

  -Need to form teams for building tasks/projects

    --Water team, bridge team

Description of water conditions

  --Educate people there about water quality/diseases?

     ----Bring microscope and large screen to show them their water

Fundraising

  -tried to contact companies over the summer, without much success yet

  -Career fair: need teams to go around to the companies at the career fair to request donations

  -Local, non-engineering companies? Small donations can add up

Intro to Engineering classes

  -Next week, sign up for slots to talk to Intro classes about EWB

   --Inform incoming freshman about EWB and what we do.

  -Have a powerpoint already set up, only need to talk about it to classes

Community

 -Habitat for Humanity

  --great way to volunteer in the community.

   --- require 1 or 2 build days with H4H before you can go to Honduras?

-Young Engineers

  --Successful program in the past.

  --Need someone to lead/set up/organize for this semester
